The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
If we can’t control our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions then we control the consequences. Our thoughts and actions should have consequences, and if they don’t then we don’t. The solution to this problem is self-awareness. You don’t have to be an expert in everything about a subject to be able to see the problems with your own habit, routine, impulse, and reaction patterns.
In order to do this, you need to be able to identify the problems with your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. I find it especially good that you can identify problems with your own actions, routines, impulse, and reaction patterns (I’m not saying it’s easy to identify that, but I know that the most common problem with my habits is that I don’t really know why they’re there, and it’s not as simple as it seems).
It’s also good that you can identify the problems with your own habits, routines, impulse, and reactions. Because the more you can identify that your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions are actually creating problems for you, the easier you will be able to take steps to address them.
I’m gonna say it again, because its really important: I’m not saying you can identify when you’re on autopilot, but you can identify when you’re doing something that is creating problems.
Why don’t you just tell your friends about your problems?I mean, if you want anyone to just have a look at your problems and then say, “Look at your problems, I can see the problem.” You are not doing this to them. You are doing this to yourself. So, get out of your house and start a new life, so your friends can all see your problems and you can help them.
If you live in a big house, and you have a lot of things that you need to get done, a car repair is a good example of a problem you can identify. If you have a car, then you are on autopilot. If you have a mortgage, then you are on autopilot. Both are problems that you can identify while on autopilot.
And that’s why you need to make repairs, because you are on autopilot. You don’t have to do anything you have a problem with. I remember one of my roommates telling me that she had to call the emergency services over a break-down of her car. She made the call and asked for help from a cop. She was on autopilot.
We feel the same way. We are probably on autopilot when it comes to our jobs and homes. We have autopilot when it comes to our cars and our homes. We have autopilot when it comes to our jobs. But we can make a difference if we are aware of how we are being on autopilot.
I mean, you’re supposed to start a business, you’re supposed to fix your car, you’re supposed to fix your house, you’re supposed to fix a break-down, and you’re supposed to call the emergency services over a broken car. It goes on. It’s not like you’re on autopilot.
