There’s a huge difference between food that we think is good and food that is bad and what we are actually eating.

I’m not really sure where this one came from, but the idea is to follow the same eating rule as you would with a diet. Eat less than you’d normally eat so you don’t gain weight or eat more than you should. You don’t need to get down with an eating disorder like anorexia, or even binge eat. The key is to cut down and stay on track.

I’m sure there are other ways of tracking your daily food intake that would be better, but the basic idea is the same.

And a lot of people are already doing a lot of these things, but that does not mean they are doing them the right way. I think this is one of the reasons there is so much confusion about how to eat properly and follow a healthy diet. Most of us probably eat a lot of junk food and eat way too much of it. I think we need to think about what we eat so that we can actually eat it properly.

In our study of one billion web pages we found that a diet comprised of only fresh fruits and veggies and only fish and protein was not good for you. We found that people who ate most of their veggies and protein were the healthiest.

The problem with eating a lot of junk food is that we’re taking in the bad stuff too. When you eat a lot of junk food, you need to consume some of the good stuff too. It’s called “mixed-up metabolism.” When you eat a lot of junk food, your body needs to get rid of a lot of bad stuff. This can lead to weight gain, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, etc.

So what’s the best way to eat? It appears to be the same thing as for meat and fish, vegetables, and protein. Your body is designed to have a balanced diet, yet we tend to overindulge in junk food and other bad stuff.
