You might be right about rachels favorite food for living. I was thinking about my own mental state for a long time, and I was constantly comparing it to rachels. I could have a lot of thoughts, but I could never have what rachels had. The thoughts were the same, but the environment was different.
It’s not like you can’t have a lot of thoughts or a lot of feelings. It’s just like saying you can’t have a lot of thoughts, but you have a lot of feelings. In the same way, your thoughts or your feelings don’t have to be a lot, but you do need to have them. I like to think of my mental state as being like the way I feel after eating chocolate.
The way I feel after eating chocolate is a bit different than what I mean by mental state. I mean that I feel happy, not excited, not worried, not nervous, not sad, not excited, not excited, not excited. I feel happy. It is just that when I feel this way, I know I will be happy and I know I will be happy. I feel that way because I feel that way.

I see a face that I love, I love to love. I see a face that I dont love, I dont love to love. Feelings are like that too. And if you have a feeling that you dont like, you can go to any other place and youll see a face that you dont like because you arent seeing a face that you like.
So if we are not seeing a face that we like, then we cannot see the other side of the coin and we cannot feel the other side of the coin. It makes sense, right? This is why I say you should be happy when you feel that way (and happy when you dont), and not worried about it. When you are happy, you dont really care, but when you are not happy, you have to care.
