I’m always looking for some kind of new food to try. I think it’s because I’ve been eating a lot of raw food for years now; I’ve never really been a fan of cooked food before.
Raw food is just as tasty and just as good as cooked food, but it’s not as healthy as cooking. Cooking food kills a number of bacteria and viruses before it gets cooked, and if you’re eating raw food, you’re still eating it raw, so you’re still getting all the harmful bacteria and viruses. Raw food is the most nutritious thing you can eat and it’s what we all should be doing with our food.
Raw food is so healthy that it’s even been suggested that eating raw food might be good for you, with one study suggesting it might increase your risk of heart attacks. Raw food is also good for you in lots of ways, including reducing your risk of heart disease, cancer, and other ailments. These health benefits make it a popular choice for people who are trying to shed excess pounds.
But there are some people who are actually allergic to certain foods. This is a condition where a person’s immune system reacts to the food but their body then says, “No, this is not good for me.” This is called anaphylaxis. It is a rare, but serious, condition that can cause severe reactions and even death.

I’m not sure I totally understand how this is an anaphylactic food. I’m not sure it is. There are a lot of foods that can cause anaphylactic shock, but this does not seem to be one of them.
In my experience as a healthcare professional, the most common food that I’ve seen is rice, and the second most common is peanut butter. Some people have food allergies, so I think that’s the most likely one. However, I have also seen nuts, fruit, and other foods that are a bit more questionable.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Malaysia, but I’m sure I’ve gotten food poisoning at one point or another, so I can’t exactly speak for their food safety standards. But like any other food, its best to avoid anything that contains peanuts or other nuts. Also like any other food, it’s best to stick to a fairly low fat/low sugar diet.
