Like, the first thing you notice you don’t need to look out for yourself first and the next thing you notice you aren’t having to look out for yourself is that you aren’t hungry. It’s because you aren’t hungry. It’s because you aren’t hungry.

We recently came across an article written by Dr. William Dietz, a leading expert on the topic of how food affects us. He said that most people who suffer from food cravings lack awareness of the hunger sensations they feel inside themselves. According to Dietz, we tend to think that food is something that we should eat whenever we feel hungry, and that we should stop feeling hunger when we have consumed all the food we have been eating.

I’m not sure if it is just me, but this is another one of those topics that people tend to get really angry over, so I thought I’d clear things up.
