What he said to me was “you have to eat to survive. How you eat, how you live is what will make all the difference. So make sure you have a balanced diet that gives you enough energy to get you through any day.

That’s why it’s so important to eat right. The more calories you need to maintain your weight, the less you have to eat to keep your body from going into starvation mode. As long as you have a balanced diet and exercise regularly, you should be fine. In fact, you should be able to drop your body weight without even noticing.

The thing is that most people are not able to maintain a balanced diet, and that is why they constantly gain weight. So how do you know if you are eating well enough? The first step is to make sure you are eating correctly. You have to make sure you are not eating enough fat, and you have to make sure you are not eating enough protein. If you are eating too much protein, your body will get the message that you are not eating enough energy.

But as I have gotten older, I’ve found that the term “good diet” has come to mean a person’s lifestyle, or a specific diet.

The good diet has come to mean a specific lifestyle, a daily schedule, and the fact that you need to eat the foods that your body needs. If you can go to a restaurant and order a plate of brown rice and a sandwich that has butter, the brown rice and the sandwich are both good for you, and you can eat them without feeling guilty.
