I feel bad for the first time today, but I need to be more clear on this. When I was teaching about power foods, I wasn’t sure I would realize how much more we are doing with the food we eat. I think it’s because we are more aware of our self-control and self-interest than we should be. Having a small amount more than you think you can eat and consuming that amount of food per day is really important.
When you are self-aware, you can decide to eat less food. But when you are unaware of these food choices, you can’t decide to eat more. Because you are unaware of these choices, you are forced to eat less food, which is just plain depressing.
There is some truth in the fact that people who do not know what they are eating do not know what they are eating. So if you feel guilty about eating more, I will tell you how to eat less food, but then tell yourself, I am no longer hungry.
So I hear you and I agree that you are probably not going to want to become self-aware enough to eat less. But I am going to give you permission to choose to eat more food. In the next few days, I am going to give you the choice.
The reason that you can’t eat less is because you don’t know what you are eating. Or you don’t know what you are eating. So if you want to eat less, you have to eat more food. And if you are looking for the answer to this, I promise you that you will eat more food.
It’s actually better to eat less and not to eat any particular type of food. A person with more knowledge of what foods to eat will make better choices and so will a person who just wants to eat less.
People tend to eat less when they are hungry. But, if you are hungry, it makes sense to eat more. It is just a matter of which food you choose and what you want to eat. You can eat a lot of things, and then starve yourself. You can eat little things and do a lot of things and starve yourself. If you eat enough food, you starve yourself. If you eat too much, you starve yourself.
If you are eating too much, you will starve yourself. If you eat too little, you will starve yourself. If you want to eat a lot of things, you will eat too much and starve yourself.
I think I need to get more meat, because I feel really hungry.
