For me it is an absolute delight to get fresh food into my body. It is the quickest way to cleanse my system of processed food – I feel as if I am drinking a clear spring water.
It’s also a great way to get rid of all the other toxins in your body, which is one of the main reasons I like to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. There are some common ways to do this, but the most common one is to take a piece of fruit or vegetable and cut it in half, then peel off the skin, then slice the apple or carrot into thin slices of about 1 inch long. You can then eat the slices whole or eat them while still on your skin.
